Health Coaches came to Capitol Hill and urged members of Congress and their staff to make simple yet critical changes in their homes to better protect the health and well-being of their families. There are a myriad toxins we are exposed to and we taught everyone to detox their home in a presentation called “Knock Your Tox-off.” Congress learned from leading Health Coaches to always; take off those shoes in the house, use glass and metal not plastic, ditch the chemical cleaners, use safer and less toxic personal care products.
