My children and i are directly affected by the misconduct of CPS. After 4yrs of doing all that was said was needed to have my children returned home to me and a Judges ruling out their allegations and clearing my name of what was said to be their issue against me. Watching public defenders attorneys and social workers dishonesty and withholding important information they had before them i realized the process isnt functioning and this system is broken. I also realized as a mother how powerless parents dealing with this issue feel. There are extremely limited resources too limited for such a major epidemic especially in Maryland and those in sister States of MD.  The run around has to change I am still being questioned by this agency and have been cleared by professionals as being healthy stable and my children have given testimony requesting to be in my care. This is happening everyday to a some families in America unjustly. Every State needs an audit and thorough investigation of the mass number in the US being attacked by this Service that should be used to help and not for dividing homes and damaging children and parents emotionally mentally and physically.  This is for all who want protection for their families and generations to follow. Otherwise all will be as we watched on the news when immigrants faced this dilemma yet this is our country and we should never know this horror to be a living reality.  We The Citizens of The United States of America Do Hearby Petition for the following to be in effect immediately ...
