Dear friend,

As we approach the Christmas holidays, we are joyful to spend time with family and friends. We are also sad, knowing that the U.S. Department of Justice shamefully continues to promote "victim-centered" investigations that weaken due process, eviscerate the presumption of innocence, and contribute to wrongful convictions.

We've now passed the 3,600 mark on the number of signers of our petition. Feel free to pass this message on, as we prepare for our continued efforts on behalf of the falsely accused in the New Year.
