In 2016 the Department of Justice published a publication titled, Identifying and Preventing Gender Bias in Law Enforcement Response to Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence. The report was filled with ideologically driven statements like:

•  Investigators should return “control of the process back to the victim” (p. 9).
• The complainant has a “right to request certain investigative steps not be conducted” (p. 13).

The Center for Prosecutor Integrity filed a complaint. But no response from the DOJ.

But this week we checked back, and discovered to our surprise that the DOJ has removed the awful report. Of course, there was no notice or explanation given -- it just magically disappeared!
