Wild horses are being removed by the Bureau of Land Management and being sent out to slaughter. I'm creating this petition because I did a school project regarding this matter and the idea came from my teacher. Solutions could be using a proven birth control on the wild herds to help with population control. For more information on this please view my essay, and other sources I used.
