Amendment 2 was a right for protection and to bear arms. The founding generation mistrusted the armies and they wanted a right to have their own gun. We had other purposes such as home invasions, and other emergencies and we the people wanted to feel safe. The people wanted to stop the militia but wanted to keep the right.

There has been a lot of violence. So we strongly feel like you should be 23 years of age to purchase and have a license for a gun. Also, a highschool diploma to know you have the knowledge and the maturity to carry. We believe you should purchase 2 guns per year to keep your envirement safe. Taking a shooting test is mandatory. This repeal can be extremely helpful and it's time for a change.Your repeal is not to ban the amendment but to improve the amendment.
