When a servicemember passes away, whether overseas or stateside, death benefits are awarded to the designated beneficiary.  These beneficiaries are usually spouses, children, or parents of the servicemember.  However, during the current government shutdown, these death benefits have been frozen, and are not being paid to the families of our fallen troops.  WE THE PEOPLE demand a Bill be drawn up, passed in the House of Representatives, passed in the Senate, and signed into effect immediately by the President.  These men and women have paid the ultimate sacrifice for this country.  The least we can do is help their families.  "All gave some, some gave all."
