Day after day, minute after minute, we see a new case of pet abandonment. Irresponsible owners, always have an excuse to abandon a defenseless animal on the streets without a care in the world.

Animal neglect is being consistently and blatantly overlooked by authorities greatly and we want a change, we want justice for those who are unable to ask for it.  I am tired of seeing pet owners get rid of their dogs and leave them at the mercy of weather, or the mercy of evil humans, recently, I came across a case of an abandoned dog, Quincy, completely defeated, starving, unloved, and abused! He is microchipped, but when the organization called the owners to let them know they found their pet, they're response was: "WE DONT WANT HIM THANK YOU" and I say:

ALL living creatures deserve to live, and to die with dignity, whether you decide to buy, or adopt a pet ,you should be accountable and responsible for "her" "him" "it" until the end, WE are all responsible to do the right thing, we are a society, a thinking society, respect and compassion are part of our responsibility, are part of what makes us human, please make abuser individuals responsible for these poor creatures pain and suffering accordingly! not just a slap in the hand; this should be a Class C felony or else it will never stop! Please help me! help me raise a voice for the ones who can't speak! Please help me help those who deserve justice!

Let's do it for Quincy and all the rest of them just like him!
