We want to change from an adversarial form of government, to a cooperative form of government. We the people of the entire planet, have to start acting like the abundance of the Earth is here to be shared by everybody, cooperatively with each other, like we really do care about each other. All aggression, conflict, wars, etc., have to be elimated ASAP. We the people of the USA want a government who's focus is "efficient and effective government FOR "We the People"".

Our design of our government is from the 18th century, for an 18th century world. Our founders considered several plans for the organizational structure and chose the one we have, not necessarily superior or optimized, but the best they could do in 1776. Their focus was on preventing the rise of a monarchy.

So Congress, start with a blank piece of paper, and design a transformative 21st century system of goverment. Need help? Fund a $1 million contest for anyone and/or group of anyones who want to be "re-founders" of the United States of America. Let "We the People" have a shot at the design. Last year the citizens of Iceland did this, with a new constitution authored by citizens. We can do this here too!
