People are sad, people need things, sometimes people need to be intoxicated a little, protection should be assumed for legitimate reasoning concerning drug use and the population, and illegitimate use should be discouraged within reason not just with blatant abuse of government. There comes a time for everything, and it seems the government thinks the people can deal with greater and larger amounts of abuse on the side against the use of drugs. If someone needs to do drugs for some reason, they might do it despite any incrimination offense, and the laws that are in place are illegitimate and inappropriate and this needs to be fixed immediately.
