We must put a stop to these mass killings using Rental Trucks! 
Nobody should be able to just show up at Home Depot and rent a fully automatic truck. 
Why does anyone need this type of vehicle? 
I'm pretty sure everyone has a friend with a pick-up truck that can help them, they don't need to be renting these trucks of destruction. 
Home Depot must do a better job of screening people wanting to rent these trucks.  There should be a thorough background check and a minimum 30 day wait time to be able to drive away in the truck.  There should also be a max of only one truck rental per year. Furthermore, Anyone renting a truck, should be made to take addition truck driving classes (at their cost). They should be finger printed and put into an FBI data base. They should also be charged and taxed to be a truck renter and be made to have an additional permit to use a truck and that permit MUST be in the persons possession and be shown should they ever be in a traffic stop. 
 I don't think this is the end all solution, but together with these small changes and more money to the government and into politicians pockets we should be able to prevent these massacres being carried out with Rental Trucks.  
We will also need to get these Rental Truck company Lobbyists out of Washington.
