Colorado is going to pave the way for the rest of the country. The governor signed legislation that will cap insulin costs for families at $100/mo. So that doesn't mean you will have to pay $100/mo, it means you can not get charged more than $100/mo. If you have great insurance that maybe costs you $40/mo, then that's what you will be charged. This will put the brakes on big pharma and tell them that their list prices are too high, we are not going to tolerate their greediness and we won't stop until the whole country has legislation like this in each state. Write to your state senators and representatives and share this news with them and get the ball rolling in your state to pass this same legislation.
