At least 40 states have filed lawsuits against pharmaceutical companies for price collusion.  Take a look at the software the lawyer got that shows how they tracked the phone calls between companies on the same day that prices went up. Insulin isn't involved in this since there are no generic insulins, but the same price increases have been made to insulin.
