It comes as no surprise. The PBMS will fight back because of their own greediness. Eli Lilly announced they will offer Lispro, a 'so-called generic' of humalog for $137.50, still an unacceptable price for insulin. The PBMS don't get as big of a rebate as they do on the regular humalog. So this is even more of a reason for this industry to become regulated to keep these greedy people from making profits off of sick people and causing financial hardships and death. That's the only way these people will be held accountable. Insulin should NEVER be part of a deductible on any healthcare plan anyways. Life sustaining medications should not be subject to deductibles. Thanks for your continued support, keep sharing and keep tweeting.
