Be reminded: A corporation is a contract, not a person.

The Issue

When corporations are given First Amendment rights of free speech, it's the same as giving a piece of paper equal standing with a Citizen of the United States, in a court of law. Under the Sixth Amendment, we would have to suppose that a contractual piece of paper could be accused and arrested, and have the right to a speedy trial. Then the Fifth Amendment poses a predicament: how does a Grand Jury ever manage to indict a contract. That makes the Bill of Rights of the United States laughable, in a hideous sense of the word.
