I was asked by Rev. Gisore Jean  to help with the efforts in  providing  an education for children in the  Democratic Republic, west of Congo, Africa. It was hard to refuse since I am a retired teacher, and have worked with children my entire adult life. Until, I saw video of children in a school setting, I realized the need for this cause. We begin this project with an idea but today, day of lent, we would like to start it and finalize it on April 16, Easter Sunday. We have 40 days, our team will work hard to raise funds for children in Africa. Will you and your organization, join us?  Our goal is to  provide a safe, and  comfortable school setting environment. We also,  would like to  purchase, food, school uniforms,  school supplies, books, shoes,  backpacks and pay for school fees much needed, for children's education,for both boys and girls because they are "Congo's New Generation 2017" in Africa.
