Greetings..!!

I would like to inform you that due to the late opening of VACs in India, there are approximately 80% students of January 2021 intake, who do not get their Biometric Appointment and Passport Request yet, are waiting for the grant from college to attend the online classes. 

However, most of the colleges in Canada have granted the permission to their students to study online without the study permit, the AIP and the Passport Request. But still there are some colleges including Conestoga college which is a public institute and well renowned in Canada, are not allowing their students to study online without Valid Study Permit, AIP and Passport Request.

Furthermore, I would like to quote here that all the colleges in Canada have announced online classes for January intake before opening the VACs. But at the moment, there is a slight change in policies of colleges as they are demanding for the Study Permit, the AIP and the Passport Request for online classes after opening VACs. 

It is my humble request to you that kindly do needful in this regard as most of the students' visa applications are being processed. Some of them even do not get their biometrics appointment yet due to a large number of applications in VACs . 

SOLUTION :

Either extend the program date by at least a month (till February End)  for majority student to get enrolled into the program or provide online education but if visa not approved the student can defer rather than losing academic fees
