Following a close shave today I messaged a few people in the Council and Media.

Long story short Falkirk Councils Democratic Manager (along with a few others) have been in touch and discussed their new Petition process etc.  I have opted to have an officer response initially as this is much quicker, and advised them if their response isn't satisfactory for our wee Village we will look to petition under their new Petition process. I've been advised the Director of Place has initiated relevant people to look into the concerns we have raised in relation to the road and carry out a piece of work following which we will be provided with a response.
