Additional Hearing on December 7th: Due to the tremendous public interest and the remarkable turnout at the recent hearings, we are excited to share that there will be an additional hearing on December 7th. This extension provides an extra two weeks for you to submit your public input, either by email at input@dnv.org or by mail/hand delivery to Municipal Clerk, 355 West Queens Road, North Vancouver, BC, V7N 4N5.
Maintaining Momentum: With over 1000 signatures opposing the project, our momentum is formidable, but we cannot afford to let up. Your continued support is vital. Here's how you can contribute:
- Share the Petition: Spread the word by sharing the petition link with friends, family, and on social media platforms. Every additional signature strengthens our cause.
- Encourage Neighbors and Local Businesses: Rally your neighbors and local businesses, including daycares, to voice their opposition to the project. Community unity is our strength.
- Addressing Outside Pressures: Outside interests and activists, some of whom do not reside near the project, are pressuring the council. We must counteract this by demonstrating the true sentiments of the local community.
