In Person:
For those attending in person, the doors to District Hall will open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of public meetings. No advance registration is required for in-person attendance at Council meetings.

How to Participate:
Speaking In Person or Virtually:

If you wish to speak at the public hearing, either in person or virtually over Zoom, please email signup@dnv.org before 3 pm on the day of the hearing. Once pre-registered speakers have had their opportunity, the Mayor will extend the chance to those observing virtually (who did not sign up in advance) to speak.

Submitting Written Content:
You may submit written comments either by mail or hand delivery to the Municipal Clerk at 355 West Queens Road, North Vancouver, BC, V7N 4N5, or by email to input@dnv.org. Please ensure your submission is received before the close of the public hearing, as Council may not accept additional submissions afterward.
