Given the overwhelming number of speakers and the substantial input received, an additional public hearing has been scheduled for today. It's clear that our community is deeply invested in this matter, with an astounding 85% of the input identified as against the proposed project.

In Person: For those attending in person, the doors to District Hall will open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of public meetings. No advance registration is required for in-person attendance at Council meetings.

How to Participate:

Speaking In Person or Virtually: If you wish to speak at the public hearing, either in person or virtually over Zoom, please email signup@dnv.org before 3 pm on the day of the hearing. Once pre-registered speakers have had their opportunity, the Mayor will extend the chance to those observing virtually (who did not sign up in advance) to speak.

Submitting Written Content: You may submit written comments either by mail or hand delivery to the Municipal Clerk at 355 West Queens Road, North Vancouver, BC, V7N 4N5, or by email to input@dnv.org. Please ensure your submission is received before the close of the public hearing, as Council will not accept additional submissions afterward.

All submissions will be shared with Council and entered into the record of public input, available for public inspection.
