Hello Everyone

I am sharing the update I received from the Lowndes County Open-Records request. I am happy to see the case has been addressed and hopefully this will bring change. 

I do feel Lowndes County Animal Control are doing what they can with what the Animal Services Ordinance allows.

Do I think it the ordinance needs to be revised and update, yes, I do! I would prefer not tethering animals at all. Responsible pet owners should have a fenced yard and provide acceptable living conditions for their pet. 

Thank you all who sign the petition and hopefully we can keep working to revise the current ordinance.
