Currently, the delay in processing our visa application means we are in a state of limbo. We are unable to travel to the United States to see our family, a heart-wrenching barrier for any family-oriented person. Moreover, we cannot make essential life decisions such as buying a home or planning our future,  in the UK and in Northumberland. This period of uncertainty severely hampers our ability to focus on growing our business and serving the community we adore.

Every day that our visa remains unprocessed threatens the stability of our family life and the continuation of a community establishment that brings joy and connectivity to Hexham.
