Most of the roads accident victims are not taken care by any govt. If any victim is hurt because of faulty road designs, faulty road construction material, potholes on road, lack of facilities (Medical) on highway, any service roads which is not adequate - mandatory as per road construction contract. State govt or central govt should be penalized and bear all cost like medical expense in case of minimum/major injuries. If any victim gets disabled due to accident, victim and his family should be compensated with his current salary- adjusted inflation for lifetime. If victim is dead due to road accident he should be given compensation considering his current monthly salary to his family members.

Road construction and management is govt responsibility hence if they sail , they should compensate victim for any accidents. 

If Govts can pay compensation to Covid death victims then why can't they compensate to road accident victim.
