The population of London is affected by lack of adequate transport services - particularly to outer London.  Due to the Ulez expansion initiative many households will be inadequately served and will suffer financial loss and/or isolation.  Timing is crucial due to the imminent date of 29th August from when Mayor Khan intends implementation.  Lack of investment into adequate transport systems in outer London borough must be addressed
