One person has asked where this is happening. The first issues I found were with Lincolnshire County Council. I then went out freedom of information requests to the following councils, who all confirmed that they did not know where all of their storm gullies flowed to and how they linked and discharged to. Buckinghamshire County Council, who did not answer my queries, but stated to check on national underground asset register. The County Councils who were kind enough to answer in full were as follows- Blaneau Gwent, Caerphilly, Cambridge, Camarthenshire, Ceredigion, Cumberland, Derbyshire, Devon, Dorset, Durham, Essex, Gloucester, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Lancashire, Norfolk, North Yorkshire, Northumbrian, Nottinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Powys, Rutland, Somerset, Suffolk, Swansea, Torfaen, Warwickshire, West Sussex, Worcester and Wrexham.

If you are aware of other County Councils as well, please post.
