Food, Drink And Housing Costs Continue To Rise. Many people will have forfeighted holidays and other luxuries to survive the present cost of living crisis, which seems to be never ending, no doubt it will cause untold damage in the long run. But when people are struggling with the bare necessities like food, clothes and shelter (rent and mortgages keep rising), on top of the energy bills, it can feel like an onlslaught, it is a very dark place to be in. We must look out for each other, like in the old days when money did not exchange hands, but people helped each other through their skills.

A few helping words:

a. Please don't despair, life has it's ups and downs, we just to need to ride this wave of hardship together, if it helps treat it like a war, the very objective in a war is to survive at all costs. Good times will come, the very essence of life is change, nothing stands still. Just see the light at the end of tunnel and keep following it. 

b. This is the time to budget, spend only on necessary items, get value out of what you already have, don't upgrade for the sake of upgrading, status does not fill bellies !

c. Share your experiences with loved ones, don't feel you are the only one suffering, many will relate with what you are going through. Always seek help/advice from parents and siblings, who know you best. The older generation will have life surving advice and experiences to share, it is not easy to reach old age without not knowing how to survice, so elderly are always a good bet for help. You may be able to help them with their difficuties. We all need to connect one way or the other to help each other, with compassion in our hearts anything is possible.
