We can STOP the warehouses but we need your help.
The City Council has approved a warehouse development in the field between Sun Lakes/ Highland Home Rd and Sunset Avenue—533 acres—but this is not the end of the story.
We can STOP the warehouse project and reduce its impacts of:
- 65 semi-trucks per hour, running day and night
- 4.7 Million Sq Ft of Warehouses
- Air, Noise, & Light Pollution
- Decreasing Property Values
- Reducing Quality of Life
But we must act now—and we need you with us.
Join us for an important Call to Action Meeting where we’ll share exactly how we can overturn the City Council’s approval of the Sunset Crossroads project.

During this meeting, members of Pass Alliance will walk us through why this project is detrimental to our community, how referendum process works, and explain how our community can come together to protect our quality of life.
This is a critical moment. The decisions made now will impact our health, safety, environment, and daily lives for years to come.
