Projected annual City revenue is estimated at approximately $2.4 million from property tax (in lieu of VLF), hotel tax, and sales tax.
Tonight, the City Council must decide whether those projected economic benefits outweigh the long-term environmental and public health impacts associated with development of this 533-acre site.
Council meets today at 5:00 p.m.
Council Chambers, 99 E. Ramsey Street Banning, CA 92220
