We, the undersigned, are writing to express our strong support for L'chaim Farm and its positive role in the community.

Lasso Kosher is part of the farm’s operations and has used and will continue to use all available produce, and we are expanding our growing to provide the fresh herbs used for house-made chimichurri—supporting local, kosher, farm-to-table food.

When able, and weather-dependent, Lasso Kosher seasonally uses all available products produced at L’chaim Farm on its menu. While the food served is kosher, we proudly welcome and serve people from many different cultures and religions.

In addition, L’chaim Farm is building a welcoming, family-friendly space that includes:

• A petting zoo for children and families
• A farm venue for celebrations such as birthdays, Upsherin, weddings, and other special events
• Educational and community-building experiences that connect people to agriculture, animals, and wholesome outdoor activities.

What we’re asking:
We respectfully ask the city of Dania Beach to support and enable the continued operation and growth of L’chaim Farm—including its farm operations, petting zoo activities, and its use as a venue for family and community celebrations—so these benefits can continue serving local families and visitors.
