We, the undersigned, respectfully request that the Court carefully consider the circumstances of Keith Clark, who is currently awaiting the resolution of his federal case.

We recognize and respect the judicial process and the authority of the Court. We also recognize that Keith Clark has not been convicted of the charges against him and remains presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
