We, the undersigned, are OPPOSED to the rezoning of the parcel located at 1840 HWY 12 South (Ashland City), currently owned and operated by Jason Walker.

We ask the planning commission, board of zoning and appeals, and city council to DENY the application for rezoning to industrial and KEEP THE ZONING AS R-1 RESIDENTIAL. We ask this to restore the peace and quiet of our residential neighborhood and for the health and safety of all our residents.
