I’m planning on creating an homeless center with a campfire and camping area with parks and recreational facilities. Drug testing centers food kitchens shelters and transportation facilities. With funding from an LLC I’m creating and DBA I’m funding my own foundation for all with common goals to achieve our communities improving for the future. I’m working on homless campsites and bus transit centers and transportation services. Barbershop trucks food trucks and clothing shops trucks. 

This petition is started November 16th by me, Pharoah Finley a 28 year old black man standing on his mission for a Foundation,  a community organization I’m creating starting by a community for homeless and set plans for transportation services and or transit stations and new plans for transit services. I am deeply connected to this cause, as my dream is to establish community centers and global foundations in business for everyone who seeks to achieve a common goal. This petition is about a young black man, aged 28, who has been unfairly charged with seven felony counts. Despite the obstacles he faces, he remains committed to making positive changes in his life and inspiring both young people across America and elders within our communities.

This individual's story is not unique. According to the NAACP, African Americans are incarcerated at more than five times the rate of white Americans (NAACP Criminal Justice Fact Sheet). These statistics highlight systemic issues that disproportionately affect black individuals – particularly those striving for change within their communities.

By funding a team of lawyers for this young man's defense, we can help him fight these charges and continue his mission of fostering positive change. His vision aligns with ours – creating opportunities for all individuals regardless of their past or present circumstances.

 

I want to fund this project and several charities for my community. I want to create centers for transportation and public transit locations, I’m going to create a homeless center and outside and warming center for the less fortunate. I’m going to find land and or build a shelter for the homeless. I’m going to create a center for transportation services and fund my own business. 

I -Pharoah plan on building a center for a homeless community and camp sites . I want to gather a team of people who will help me achieve my goals of creating these projects. I’ve done maintenance work and health care to fund out of my own pocket a garden and tent for shelter. I’ve occupied my own apartment to house a client of a partner of mines at low income affordable prices. I’m also making a community of several homes for homeless now in a remote area and campsite.
