Dear Supporters, Tonight Community Board 9's Land Use committee will proceed with a request to City Planning to begin a study - not a community based study, but one based on the City Planning template of upzone, demolish and develop with luxury towers. We will be presenting our petition to the board. Please attend the meeting if you can and speak in favor of a community sponsored study and against a city planning sponsored study that puts our entire neighborhood at risk.
