A ULURP committee meeting has just been called by Pearl Miles, CB9 District Manager, and is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, at 6:30 p.m. at the Crown Gardens Community Rm at 1185 Carroll St. The entrance though is on Nostrand Ave bet President St and Carroll St. This is directly across the street from Community Board 9 office. We need as many people to attend as possible and have their voices heard because it appears the board is going to try again to push through the request to city planning for a study without further discussion, even though at the last CB9 meeting it was specifically sent back to committee for its work to be completed, which was not only a simple up or down vote. Also join members of Concerned Citizens on Saturday, May 16th, at 10am at 87 Fenimore St. for a fundraising event planning meeting. Thanks!
