Please sign this petition to show our local government that it's time to bring about the return of ice sports and recreation to western Ventura County and increase the diversity in recreational choices offered in our community!

It's been over seven years since our local ice rink was torn down to make way for development that hasn't happened! The rink hosted thousands of local residents and visitors in programs such as ice hockey, figure skating, sled hockey, broomball, skating school, and daily public sessions. Our community needs these healthy activity choices! 

Ventura County Ice Sports, a nonprofit organization, has created a plan to build a beautiful, state-of-the art community ice center. We will provide opportunities for people of all abilities to enjoy the ice and will outreach to our most vulnerable populations.
