I do not seek your comment on the matter before the court but rather to ask that you investigate what appears to be the greater crime of allowing an undeclared pecuniary gift to the Prime Minister's family to allegedly but political favour and influence. If there is any case to argue then it would seem appropriate that Freya Newman should be granted immunity in return for information in the public interest.
