I am starting this petition to gather local signatures as well as signatures of others who support us with the movement we are trying to make. My rapist has recently been given EARLY parole and DID NOT serve even a minimum of his sentence. He is a repeat offender and has an extensive background on abusing women. No teen girl or woman of any age is safe with this rapist on the streets. Charges include 3 counts of Pa 3121 Rape, PA  3125 aggravated indecent assault, PA 3124.1 sexual assault, PA 3123 involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, PA 901/3123 attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, PA 3126 indecent assault all felony charges that require him to be a life long Megan's law offender however he has a lost of other charges involving restraining and holding others as well. I never was contacted and my contact information is always available to the parole board by way of the courts to give a victim impact statement inwhich I would of personally appeared to or took part in any hearings to prevent him from getting out. He has destroyed my life and no other woman should ever have to endure what I went through as well as other victims of his some that did testify and others that are to scared to testify because he has made deadly threats to all involving our loved ones and our lives. My hopes with the signatures and statements of each of you will help the parole board and judge see that he is a complete menace to society and dispite any good behavior in prison or his attempts to tell anybody what they want to hear just to gain freedom he is not reformed and a person like him doesn't have the ability to reform nor should they be given the chance to reform in the public and be a danger to all whom are in his path. This guy is a REPEAT OFFENDER he is a RAPIST, MULTIPLE VICTIMS. we want to stop him from being able to attack again and be assured he will have to complete atleaet 15 years from 1st sentence and then start his second and do a minimum on it before he can ever get the chance to go infront of the parole board again. 

BARRY LYNN SMITH JR AKA BEAR has taken enough women's life and completely shattered and destroyed them, now none of us feel safe and are in constant fear.
