In April of 2014, Hillary Renee Lynn Noble was arrested after making a confession of putting a child, Brayden Young, at grave risk. Brayden had to stay in the hospital for a total of 3 months. To this day he has been diganosed with Full Cortical Blindness, suffers from developmental delays, and has several doctors following up with him! The jury indicted Noble on Criminal Abuse 1st Degree and on Assault 1st degree. Brayden Young was 6 months old at the time of the incident! Even with a confession the judge granted a bond reduction to Noble of $20,000 property and Noble was released! I have started this petition because I am a firm believer that Hillary Noble should not have been released back into our society especially being a violent offender. By revoking Hillary's bond and putting her back in jail, it will show that we the people will not take child abuse lightly. That if you knowingly commit this offense that there are harsh punishments for doing so! By making this case a example then I believe that society will take notice and we will see less child abuse cases! Brayden Young will never fully recovery from what she has done to him, he will never regain what she has taken, so why should she be allowed to walk our streets as if this has never happened? She deserves to be incarcerated and not granted a pass to be back into our community!
