We ask all the Heads of Government around the world, Her Majesty the Queen of England and other international institutions invited to Rwanda, to boycott the "26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting" to be held in Rwanda in June 2020, because:
- Paul Kagame's regime is a bloodthirsty regime that violates citizens' basic human rights and doesn't hesitate to jail, torture opponents, journalists and any other citizens that raise their voice to complain about the dictatorship in Rwanda. The assassination of the gospel singer Kizito Mihigo is one of thousands obvious cases.

This regime rigs elections, deploys armed groups into DR Congo where they have been killing millions of people, looting minerals and other resources and displaced people from their villages.

Rwanda is an open-air prison and should not be frequented until justice, democracy and transparency in the governance is established, for in this era of social media, Kagame cannot manipulate people anymore, for the world at large knows that Kagame's regime is not an example of honest development success or miracle, but an example of lies, falsification, killings, looting and shame for Africa and the world.
