Thank-you everyone for signing this much needed petition. A recent experience of mine highlights why this petition is so important. A bank I have a dispute with in two different jurisdictions have deliberately changed their story, committing an offence of Attempting to Pervert the Course of Justice. When I approached AFCA about this, their response was non committal and they didn't seem concerned about this behaviour!

We desperately need legislation and a complaints process with actual teeth that will hold banks accountable. To this end, will you help out by sharing this petition with your friends and family?
