Update from Commbank

Jo Haylen MP received a detailed response from the bank on the concerns about the removal of the ATM, which CBA detailed leasing difficulties at Lackey Street, issues finding an alternative location and ultimately Covid.  

You are welcome and encouraged still to voice your concerns via email directly to the bank ceo@cba.com.au if you have not yet done so.

Whilst is a disappointing outcome for all in Summer Hill, it is clear it is now up to the community to find an alternative and the next step may include a community bank facility.

We will be discussing this with further Jo Haylen, and local councillors and the wider community. We will keep you posted on any further updates here as they arise.
