Commonwealth Bank: Compensate the people like me you left broke and homeless

I was forced to sell my house and left homeless because the Commonwealth Bank approved a fraudulent loan for $450K without my knowledge.
The Commonwealth Bank manager of the Box Hill branch facilitated fraudulent loans for Zia Auther & Associates, who fleeced investors with their dodgy property investments. Leonard Anderson of Ziar Aurther and Associates loaned money against my house. With assistance from the Commonwealth Bank the loan application was falsified, credit lines and fake cheque books were issued without my knowledge. Leonard Anderson pocketed his money and shot through.
A few years later the bank manager died and the Commonwealth Bank came after me and took my house. At the time I was a single mum on a pension with two young children. My house was my only asset. Now that it's gone my future is uncertain to say the least.
It was the same for retired couple Jim and Debbie Barker. He’s had two heart attacks since being fooled into a fraudulent loan and having tens of thousands taken by CommBank without consent.
It’s been hell. Some of the brokers are being trialled but the Commbank went after the victims to recuperate their losses.
Securing their money regardless of the trauma it causes is more important to them than proper justice.
Victims of corporate bank fraud don’t deserve to be left homeless. We’re desperate to put our broken lives back together. Please sign and share our petition for the Commonwealth Bank to compensate its victims of this scam.
