La vivisezione è un termine usato per descrivere l'uso di animali vivi nel campo della scienza, della ricerca e della sperimentazione. 

Tuttavia, vi sono ora prove concrete per dimostrare che la sperimentazione animale è pericolosamente fuorviante, perché si basa su un errore metodologico che considera gli animali come modelli affidabili per gli esseri umani.

STOP VIVISECTION dà ai cittadini europei la possibilità di dire NO alla sperimentazione animale e sollecitare l'Unione europea a prendere in considerazione un approccio scientifico diverso, volto a proteggere gli esseri umani e i diritti degli animali.

Grazie alla iniziativa popolare i cittadini europei - con 1 milione di firme - possono prendere parte al processo decisionale legislativo dell'Unione europea.

Vivisection is a term used to describe the use of live animals in science, research and testing. 
However, there is now solid evidence to show that animal experimentation is dangerously misleading, because it is based on a methodological error that considers animals as reliable models for humans.

STOP VIVISECTION gives citizens the opportunity to say NO to animal experimentation and urge the European Union to take into consideration a different scientific approach, geared to protect human beings and animals' rights.

Thanks to Citizens' Initiative, European citizens - with 1 million signatures - can take part in legislative decision making process of the European Union.
