change.org is not very user friendly in letting us know how and if our petition actually has been submitted to the designated decision makers. So I have downloaded your petition signatures and comments and emailed them directly to the co-chairs of the Commission, with the following cover comments: Mr. McCurry Mr. Fahrenkopf Co-Chairs, Commission on Presidential Debates Please find attached an additional 209 voices on a change.org petition calling for the Commission to let Gary Johnson debate. The Commission’s rule that a third party candidate must have at least a 15% average in five national polls can be interpreted in a different way. The CPD’s rule assumes that the poll results for the Democratic and Republican candidates exceed 85%. Under these circumstances the rule is defensible. But this year, the five CPD polls show that the major party candidates poll less than 85%. More than 15% of the voting public wants another choice. Since Gary Johnson has polled consistently the highest of the “none of the above” candidates, he should be a defensible choice to include in the final debate. Respectfully, John Snyder
