Mr. Raffy Tulfo is disregarding the importance of due process. His program is promoting cyberbullying and causing emotional trauma to its guests and their families who are being accused of misconduct. There is a proper place to settle disputes. He can help without publicly humiliating his resource persons. Family matters are private matters. Disputes must be settled legally, not on national television. There is a need to regulate Mr. Tulfo's programs. Mr. Tulfo must take into consideration the assumption of innocence of every person accused of a crime or misconduct until proven guilty. Mr. Tulfo should be reminded to respect the privacy and anonymity of the people being targeted by his program. His programs are igniting cyberbullying and hate on social media. If not prevented, people will become more divided and hostile againts one another. MTRCB must carry out its mandate of protecting its viewers from programs like Raffy Tulfo in Action which is doing more damage than help to the parties involved.
