Since the inception of the KABATAAN Party-list, its purpose was never to advance the interests of the youth sector. Its real interest has been to further the terrorist activities of the CPP-NPA-NDF and help it realize its goal of overthrowing the Government through the use of violence and seize political power to establish a communist dictatorship in the Philippines. 

Through the years, the KABATAAN Party-list  was able to maintain its position in congress by using deception against the Filipino youth who were hopeful that the KABATAAN Party-list would bring about progress and peace. The KABATAAN Party-list instead brought death and destruction to the youth by brainwashing them and serving as a recruitment platform for the Communist Party of the Philippines' armed wing, the New Peoples Army.

A glaring proof of this still persisting terrorist recruitment inside the KABATAAN Party-list are the dead bodies of John  Carlo Capistrano, Cindy Terado and Rendell Ryan Cagula, who all started as members of the KABATAAN Party-list and its affiliate organizations, hence, ended up dying as Terrorist NPA  combatants. Another revealing proof of the involvement of the KABATAAN Party-list with the communist-terrorist group was Sarah Elago's (incumbent representative of KPL in Congress) refusal to condemn, abhor and call out the terrorist activities and its deceptive and deadly recruitment of the Youth into the NPA.

Let us all unite under one voice to denounce the KABATAAN Party-list and call for its permanent disqualification from joining the elections!
