For many fans around the globe, Sebastian Stan and his numerous roles (most commonly mentioned, his role as Bucky Barnes) have meant the world and have really made a difference. Sebastian is loved by so many people, and sadly he only gets to meet a portion of them. 

He is an inspiration to countless people and it would be an absolute honour if he would come to the UK. Sebastian goes to US conventions and sadly attending these is not a possibility for most European fans due to the added costs of flights, hotels, etc. on top of the actual convention costs. 

The UK would be a great place for Sebastian to attend a con in, as it's a very lively place and it's full of people who would love to meet him! Additionally, I know it's not always possible for someone to visit numerous European countries, and the UK can be more convenient for people from other countries such as Germany, France etc. (maybe even Romania, as a nudge to Sebastian's heritage!) 

MCM Comic Cons are generally very nice cons which would probably accept Sebastian with open arms, and there are plenty of them all over the UK so that one can be chosen that's most convenient for all parties involved. As such, it'd be a lovely idea if he could come to one of the MCM Comic Cons around the country.

I think it's a real shame that many people have to miss out on meeting many Marvel actors such as Sebastian due to the fact that most of the cons take place in the US, and as such I believe it'd be great if Sebastian (and maybe others?) could visit Europe more often and experience our cons and what we have to offer! 

Ultimately, I hope that more people could meet Sebastian, as he is so loved outside of the US and I believe he deserves to experience that love firsthand, and the fans also deserve to be able to meet someone who means so much to them.
