If Com2us is planning to release a game for a popular fandom, odds are that game will only be available for a short while, they’ll make as much money from it as they can and spend most of it on their other projects, instead of the game that money was intended for, then they’ll terminate the servers of that game and cut everyone off. They have done this before.
Their support system is designed to benefit themselves and not their customers. You send in one support ticket and the reply you get is from a no-reply email address. If you need to further dispute the issue, then you have to fill out another ticket, which may be managed by a completely different person. There are no reference numbers to go off of to refer the agent to the previous ticket.
