On February 28th, 2019, Com2us launched Skylanders: Ring of Heroes on all mobile platforms. Then on December 3rd, 2020, they launched a revamp of the game that deleted all of the progress that players had made between February 28th, 2019 and December 3rd, 2020.

With 17,584 ratings and a 4.8 out of 5 stars on the app store, it’s easy to see that the game is hugely popular. Despite this high rating, on December 29th, 2021, Com2us announced that the servers for Skylanders: Ring of Heroes are to be terminated on February 28th, 2022. After only 3 years, the game will be taken down for good.

This game is still being played by many dedicated players. It is still being discovered by many new players. It is played by all ages. None of us want this game to be terminated.

On behalf of all of those who are still playing this game, I am petitioning Com2us to not terminate the game, to collaborate with consumers on creating better micro transactions and to seek sponsors for the game to keep it going.
